Chelyabinsk Regional Youth Non-Governmental Organization Institute of social innovations of youth «PROdvizhenie». We are active in the South Ural since 2011. We work in the sphere of youth initiative support and non-formal citizens education. We are a team of educators and researchers in the field of education.
Today we are working on the topics of bullying prevention, the development of intercultural dialogue and project culture, critical thinking and creativity. Our team has a wide range of tools: trainings, group facilitation, business and role-playing games, social and research projects, forum theater, book games, comics, a live library, educational and scientific festivals.
We also have a youth camp “Lager Che” with the ability to provide hosting for 500 people and good opportunities to organize educational and cultural activities. And cozy office space for 8 people we call “Attic”.

Now we have 22 members. The Coordinating Committee is made up of Katerina Lapaeva (chairman), Doctor Inna Popova (vice chairman), Madina Mazhitova (vice chairman), Doctor Helena Kharlanova (the head of the laboratory), Maxim Terentiev (revizorro).
